Why Ditching the Gym May Improve Your Overall Health
By Dave Cleary
Did you ever hear of abdominal exercise machines? Have you ever wondered where those people you see in the gym get their abdominal muscles? If you think that they work really hard to get their toned bodies then you may be wrong. Most people who have abs will tell you that they found it easy to get them. They will tell you that they didn’t do all the exercise which many health gurus say you need to do in order to get them. So what do they do to get their toned bodies and is it as easy as they say it is? Most of us have tried to get fit at some stage of our lives, some of us succeed and some of us fail. Some will want better looking bodies while others will want really toned muscles and especially abdominal muscles while other will just be happy enough with getting aerobically fit. So which ever level of fitness you seek there is a certain amount of time and effort you’ll need to put in order to see results. However some of us will put in a huge amount of effort and still see no results. So how come some of us seem to do all this work and get nowhere while others get their abs without doing a whole lot of exercise. The answer to this question is quiet simple really. Firstly you need to know that going to the gym every day is not going to work for everyone. Some people get a real buzz in going to the gym while others feel like it’s their first day at school; they simply don’t feel comfortable there. It’s also been proven that most who use the gym will not get the results they want either because they don’t use the gym enough or they’re not doing the proper exercises. So if you feel that you’re getting nowhere in the gym then why not try out this simple plan which will get all the excess fat off you as well as giving you the abdominal muscles you’ve always wanted. Its been proven that a fast paced walk burns off more fat than jogging or running. So, put on your headphones and start walking at least 5 miles three times a week. Next use an ab toner belt twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Eat wisely, cut out the excess fatty foods from your diet, you don’t need to go on a starvation diet; you can still eat your fatty foods but cut back. Select a day, maybe the weekend where you can indulge in one or two of your favorite junk foods. But the rest of the week needs to be relatively healthy food wise. Once you combine these three solutions you’ll see some amazing results within a few months.
